Mango Yummy Juice

  • 1 Mango
  • 3-4 oranges
  • Water
  • Ice cubes

How to make your juice

You can do it the "old way "and squeeze your oranges in a orange press. If you are lucky enough to have a juicer – then peel the oranges and drive them through your juicer.

Peel your mango. Cut them into smaller pices. Put the picese in the blender and put the juice from the oranges in. Blend the orange & mango together. If you think the mass is too thick you put a litlle bit of water in total depending on how thick you want your juice. Top the juice with ice cubes.

A  benefit of eating mangoes is that it cleanses your skin from deep inside your body. It treats pores and gives a glow to your skin.

The mango contain vitamin C which helps to create collagen - this protein gives the skin elasticity. Vitamin C is one of the most important antioxidants that play a protective role against environmental damage. Unfortunately, the lack of vitamin C can affect wound healing as a sensitive skin unfortunately can be plagued  with. At the same time it can increase the formation of fine lines and wrinkles. Therefore, the mango is a good food for getting c vitamins  so we avoid the above problems with our skin.
