Why proaging / antiage?


Beetroot contain plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that will boost your health. Beetroot  also has a toning effect on your skin -  because it content of the drug hyaluronic acid.  Beetroot has a high content of nitrate, which is believed to have a positive effect on our blood pressure because it seems expanding on the blood vessels. In addition, beetroot contain iron and vitamin C. 

Healthy Beetroot juice

  • 2 beetroot, use them with peel
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 1 organic lemon with peel
  • 1 cm fresh peeled ginger
  • Ice cubes
Chop the beets, carrots, apples and ginger into thin pieces small enough to easily go through your juicer.
Your lemon is organic so cut the half  into small pices so they can go through a  juicer.
Make Juice
Reserve about half of the lemon. Turn the juicer on and push everything through.
When everything but the reserved lemon has been juiced, stir the juice and taste for tartness.
When you like the tast then add some ice cubes and voila you have a health drink.

Why proaging / antiage

The avocado is rich in so many things related to a proaging/anti age point of view. The fruit boost, among other things, your collagen level in your skin. The  fruit is filled with antioxidants and it reduce liver stains in  your skin.  Vitamin D in the  avocado strengthens our bones and combined with the fat in the fruit, it helps to reduce inflammation in our body.  Furthermore spirulina is among the top anti-aging supplements because it may have significant benefits as an antioxidant, an immune booster, and an anti-inflammatory agent . You can put spirulina in powdered  or tablet form  in small amounts into  your breakfast or smoothies/juice.

Avocado Delight

  • 1 organic lemon with peel
  • 6 apples
  • 2 avocado
  •  4 spirulina tablets
  • ice cubes
Run lemon and apples through your juices. Blend the juice together with the avocado in your blender. Then add spirulina tablets and ice cubes. Very easy and you have a health drink

 Orange Juice

  • 2 large orange peeled
  • A thumbsized amount of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 cup of water
  •  ice cubes
You can add your own choice of sweetener if you want, pour into a glass, add some ice, and enjoy!

The pomegranate is rich in polyphenols & flavonoids which help to improve pigment disturbances and prevent skin cells. The pomegranate  also protects against inflammation of your body,  the sun's UV rays (the large "enemy" of your skin) and skin cancer.

You can consume the cores  in salads, in a  juice as the one you can see here on the page or on top of your yoghurt natural/skyr in the morning.  Eat at least 1 pomegranate per week.

Healthy Pomegranates

  • 2 pomegrantes
  • 1 mango
  • 4 twigs of fresh mint
  • Ice cubes
Cut the stone from the mango and peel the fruit with a herbal knife. 

Half the pomegranates. Take the cores out with a spoon or with your fingers. Save 1 tablespoonsfor the decoration.

Come the mango, pomegranate and the cores in a good blender. Top your juice with ice cubes, fresh mint leaves and the cores from the pomegranate

Blueberries contain a large amount of antioxidants. This means that the berries are valuable when we talk the fight against wrinkles and inflammation in our body. Blueberries have a high content of C and E vitamins, just as they contain phenols such as gallus acid, which is an antioxidant, which in particular has the ability to protect our brains from aging and oxidative stress. This small berry also contains the antioxidant resveratrol which helps to restore damaged skin after sun damage. We all know that the sun is the enemy number 1 in the fight against aging.  Therefore, blueberries are good when you think in a proaging / antiage way.


Blue Dream

  • 2 carrots
  • Fresh ginger (depending of your taste)
  • 4 pears
  • 100 gram of blueberries
  • Ice cubes
Run the carrots through a juicer with the ginger. Then add the juice of the carrots & ginger in a blender with the chopped pears and blue berries. Top your juice with ice cubes
