The Skin Protector Juice

Ingredients list

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/ 2 lemon
  • 1/ 2 lemon
  • 1 orange

Preparation

Juice all ingredients in no particular order.

What they are good for

  • kale – High in vitamins A, C, K, B6, B1, B3, E, and omega-3 fats

  • Cucumber – High in vitamins A, B, C, and K, as well as magnesium, potassium, and silicon 

  • kale – High in vitamins A, C, K, B6, B1, B3, E, and omega-3 fats

  • Parsley – High in vitamins K, C, and A, as well as folate, iron and copper.

  • Both oranges and lemons are extremely vitamin C heavy.
