Ingredients list

  • 2 carrots  

  • 1 cup spinach 
  • 1/2 apple 
  • 1 celery stalk 
  • 1 cup broccoli  


Simply juice all of the ingredients after one another, alternative between hard and soft ingredients. To make the taste a little less sharp, try adding more apple.

  • Spinach also contains plenty of betta carotene and an insane amount of other Vitamins
  • Apples are rich in vitamin C and beta-carotene
  • Celery is rich in magnesium, iron, chlorophyll, folic acid, vitamin C, B vitamins, and vitamin E.
