This juice recipe is made for people how suffer from a dry skin - but of cause you can also make the juice, if you have another skin type than dry. For those with dry skin, we will definitely need superfoods that can help moisturize and rehydrate our skin.

Fun fact: Moisturizing and hydrating are two different things. Just think of them like oil and water. Moisturizing means maintaining a skin’s healthy level of oil, while hydrating means having enough water even on the deeper layers of the skin. Oil also serves as a barrier to keep the water in.

  • Whole small avocado
  • 1 x cucumber pealed

  • 1 sticks of celery 
  • 1 x small clove of garlic

  • 1 x inch of root ginger

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Preparation

start with the softer and juicier fruits and veggies, followed by the harder and drier ingredients.

  • The two main reasons why this combination of ingredients is ideal for dealing with dry skin is because they contain lots of moisture as well as healthy fats. They are also high in vitamin C and various skin-friendly antioxidants.
