Best Healthy Snack Juice

This juice is made for people with a normal skin type in mind - but of cause if you like the recipe, I don`t see why you should not make it.

This type of skin doesn’t really have any significant issue. It’s not too dry nor too oily. It doesn’t have a lot of scars and visible pores. Finally, it’s not very sensitive to skin products and those with normal skin don’t have a lot of allergies.

Ingredients list

  • 4 carrots

  • ½ apple

  • Couple slices cantaloupe

  • Chunk of ginger 

Preparation

Juice the carrots first, followed by the apple and cantaloupe, and then finish with ginger to taste. 

What they are good for

  • Carrots – Rich in vitamin A, biotin, vitamin K, potassium, and vitamin B6.
  • Apple – Rich in vitamin B6, A, and riboflavin, as well as fiber.
  • Cantaloupe – Very high in Vitamins A and C. 
  • Ginger – Tastes nice and makes for a great antioxidant.
