Benefits of exercise for health and body is important both in terms of our well-being and seen from outside a purely healthy point of view. Just think about how many hours you spend in front of your computer on work or in your spare time. Therefore,  doctors many times recommend that people who has suffered from stress and tend to a depression are recommended to start exercising. In many times you can avoid to subscribe medecine to these people if they start doing exercises. There is no excuse for not starting to exercise because there is so many benefits of doing it. Women need almost 3 liters of liquid daily and more if you exercise.
